Shohei Ohtani, Los Angeles Dodgers’ ace player, had created history by hitting 50 home runs and stealing 50 bases in one season, which was something no MLB player had ever done before. While in 2025, Ohtani is ready to do something similar.
Fans cheer loudly for Shohei Ohtani
Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani is absolutely the best at what he does. On Tuesday, he became the first player this season to have 10 home runs and 10 stolen bases. While playing against the Miami Marlins, he hit his 10th home run. Interestingly, he reached last year’s 50-50 milestone at the same stadium. While continues to impress everyone, his fans are pretty happy with his performance.

Shohei Ohtani managed to hit another big hit to tie the game again after the Marlins took the lead. However, only a day before the game, he hit the hardest home run of the MLB season at 117.9 mph. After 34 games, he has been on track for 47 home runs and 47 stolen bases if he plays all remaining games. If he also returns to pitching, he could make history with 40 home runs, 40 stolen bases, and 40 strikeouts, which is a rare achievement.
It will be interesting to look at how Shohei Ohtani performs from here on now, with him having to pull all records in his favor.
