To make this dessert, first, you have to prepare the Griddle. Heat a ridged griddle pan over medium-high heat. Now place the unpeeled bananas on the hot griddle. You can cook the bananas for 8–10 minutes. Turn it occasionally, until the skins are slightly blackened and the bananas are soft inside. Your dish is almost done.
The next step is slicing and serving the dish. Transfer the cooked bananas to serving plates. Take a sharp knife, and carefully cut each banana lengthway in a way you can see the baked flesh of the banana.
Now you can add the toppings. Add 2 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt over each banana piece. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oatmeal or fine porridge oats and top it with fresh blueberries. You can also toast the oats if you prefer. If you are not really a fan of oats, desiccated coconut shavings can be added. You can also add both.
