"I still don’t get their fetish about a place they never bothered to visit or care about before it became trendy" added another user.
Many users commented that the show itself was unnecessary and being "milked for money", writing, "What you mean it’s getting a THIRD season! Who the hell is watching it!? It ended perfectly in season six. There was no need to do more. They’re just milking it now for the money. I’ve lost all respect for them." and "The show sucks - can’t believe they are even making season 3 and I grew up on sex in the city"
"Actress and LGBTQI+ activist Cynthia Nixon, who is a lesbian, wears a Palestine flag coloured shirt to show solidarity with Palestine despite LGBT people being persecuted in Gaza and the West Bank," marking how Nixon has never spoken about the same.

Nixon has been trolled for her stand on the war between Israel and Hamas, with critics pointing out that though she is a lesbian, she has never once commented on Hamas' persecution of the LGBTQ+ community in Gaza. Previously, she also went on a two-day hunger strike to alleviate hunger in Gaza. However, during her public statement, she did not address that, as per reports, Hamas confiscates the food and sells it at a higher price.
She also once protested against the White House to demand a permanent cease-fire between Israel and Hamas and supported accusations of Israel committing genocide in the case that was prosecuted in the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
