Mythili has sung better than professionals

The song Kanaka Mailanchi... of the film Loham became popular soon after it's release, but what impressed and surprised the listeners best in the singer who mouthed it's female portions - actress Mythili.
In a recent interview, the film's music director Sreevalsan J Menon said that he was amazed to hear the actress sing, when he met her for the first time while Loham's discussions were going on.Impressed with her raw yet perfect rendition, he suggested her for the song, to which Ranjith, Loham's director, said yes. He added that Mythili's lack of experience in the field actually helped her render better than professionals, as she rendered it just as advised by the tunesmith. The song was a duet with musician Shahabaz Aman.
