Sudev, who is apparently thrilled to be part of the project, says, 'I was the captain of my school volleyball team and have always been active in sports. It was my dream to be part of a sports movie and I am happy that the wait ends with this project.'
The story takes off with a narration by Sudev's character, Ikru, he reveals. 'My character is given a typical jail inmate look. Though a convict, Ikru is quite a friendly person and the story takes place in a cheerful atmosphere.'
The actor is currently shooting in Poojappura Central Jail for the movie and says the team is having a blast playing the game. 'Even after shoot, we all play volleyball together for some time and it's a lot of fun.' The flashback portions of Sudev's character will be filmed in Thrissur.
