Jis Joy to direct Asif Ali again after the thriller ‘Innale Vare’

Mollywood actor Asif Ali has a good equation with the director Jis Joy and most of the films that the duo did together have indeed worked well at the box office. Stranding away from the feel-good realm, both of them are attempting a thriller movie this time with ‘Innale Vare’ which is all set to release via a popular OTT platform from June 9 onwards.

According to the sources, Jis Joy will be directing Asif Ali again after the thriller film ‘Innale Vare’.The director opened up on this matter reportedly in an interview with an online media channel.

The reports also suggest that the scripting work of the upcoming Asif Ali - Jis Joy film is almost complete and the film reportedly will also have another leading actor in the film industry. According to the reports, Asif Ali will be joining the project once he completes his pending shoot works.
On the other hand, Asif Ali faced an injury during the climax shoot of his upcoming movie ‘A Ranjith Cinema’ and is reportedly recovering from the injury. ‘A Ranjith Cinema’ is directed by the debutant Nishanth Sattu.
Meanwhile, Jis Joy’s upcoming thriller ‘Innale Vare’ marks the team-up of the ace actors Antony Varghese, Nimisha Sajayan, and Asif Ali. During an exclusive interview with ETimes, Jis Joy revealed that he got the story idea for ‘Innale Vare’ during a phone conversation with the actor Kunchacko Boban.
‘Innale Vare’ also features the actors Reba Monica John, Rony David Raj, Sreehari in significant roles, and the film is scripted by the renowned writers Bobby and Sanjay.
