Few comedy roles came my way after national award: Salim Kumar

Actor Salim Kumar is seldom seen in a comedy role in Malayalam films these days.
In an interview with a news site, the actor recently said that after winning his first national award, people tried to restrict him as a serious actor. Few comedy roles were offered to him and even the serious characters weren’t of good quality. His next project is a Sanskrit film and he would also be directing a movie soon.
