Gulshan Devaiah to feature on Bangalore Little Theatre’s Let’s Talk Art! series

And the upcoming episode of Bangalore Little Theatre (BLT’s) ‘Let's Talk Art!’ project will feature stage and screen actor Gulshan Devaiah.
Announcing the news, the theatre collective, which is also celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, stated: “This is a very very special episode! Let's Talk Art! is back again with its third episode and this time our guest is the talented actor Gulshan Devaiah.Although a known name in the Hindi Film Industry, Gulshan Devaiah however, started his acting journey from the stage! Watch him speak on the ‘Art of Acting on Stage’ and how theatre played an indomitable factor in his journey in the films (sic).” The event is slated to take place on October 3 at 6 pm.
Known for his roles in films like ‘That Girl in Yellow Boots’, ‘Shaitan’, ‘Hate Story’ and ‘Hunterrr’. Gulshan had performed in several plays, before embarking on his Bollywood.
The ‘Let’s Talk Art!’ initiative forms part of BLT’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations this year. It is a series of public engagements curated around the arts and the artistic life. Each session of the series sees someone from the arts, especially though not exclusively artists, speak about their practice and their process. The idea is to allow people a privileged peek into the professional lives of these interesting individuals and draw inspiration from them.
The talk series earlier featured eminent film and theatre actor Prakash Belawadi, who spoke about ‘The Art of Direction on Stage’, and well-known theatre personality and co-founder of Jagriti Theatre, Arundhati Raja.
