Shweta Menon in fracas with producer-director

Actresses seem to be getting on the wrong side of producers/directors with alarming regularity.
Yukta Mookhey, Manisha Koirala...and now Shweta Menon. Apparently, the actress has signed one of her first lead roles, and the producer-director Kushan Nandy is far from happy with her.
He claims that she is putting on airs and expects grand treatment on the sets.What''s more, he even claims that she is no more the heroine of his film. Shweta, on the other hand, wants to know why Nandy had to wait till 40 days of the shooting were over to declare that she was putting on airs. The lady has a point.
Any rejoinders, Mr producer-director?
