'Love Sonia' is a story of hope and courage
After garnering critical acclaim globally, 'Love Sonia' is all set to hit screens in India tomorrow. Packed with powerful performances, the film, which is the story of hope and courage, revolves around a 17-year-old girl, who travels across India, Hong Kong and Los Angeles, to rescue her sister from a human trafficking nexus that runs across continents.

Like all inspiring underdog films, the lead character Sonia goes on a perilous journey and reveals a greater truth. The film has already won hearts at screenings in London and Melbourne.
Talking about the film, director Tabrez Noorani says, “The anticipation before the release is both an exciting and emotional time for all of us. We are about to hand over our story to the audience; now, it becomes their story. We’re happy to be able to have the movie out in theatres this Friday.”
The film has a strong ensemble cast starring Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha, Rajkummar Rao, Sai Tamhankar, Adil Hussain, Anupam Kher, Demi Moore, Mark Duplass and Freida Pinto. It also introduces Mrunal Thakur and Riya Sisodiya.
'Love Sonia' is presented by Tamasha Talkies and Samraaj Talkies in association with India Take One Productions, Cinemantra Entertainment and Media & Dynasty Consulting Group. It is produced by Life Of Pi producer David Womark and Tabrez Noorani, co-produced by Amar Butala, with executive producers Shalini Thackeray, Deepak Nayar and Pravesh Sahni. The film will be released by Zee Studios in India tomorrow.
