Warner Bros has set November 4, 2016 as the release date for Ed Helms-Owen Wilson comedy Bastards.READ: JK Simmons, Terry Bradshaw join 'Bastards' cast The movie also stars Oscar-winner JK Simmons and Glenn Close, said The Hollywood Reporter.
Lawrence Sher, the cinematographer of the Hangover comedies, is making his directorial debut with the project, which centers on two brothers (played by Helms and Wilson) whose mother slept with many, many, many famous men in the 1970s. They believed their biological father to be dead, but when they find out that he is still alive, the two hit the road to find him.
Simmons and former American football quarterback Terry Bradshaw will be seen playing the duo's potential fathers.
Bastards also features Glenn Close, as well as
Mission: Impossible's Ving Rhames and comedian Katt Williams.
