Criminal psychologist's directorial stars Akshaya Rao

Dr Sudeep Ranjan Sarkar is busy with his next project.
He has penned and directed Umformung ��� The Transformation ��� a Hindi feature film that traces the metaphoric tale of a monk and a corporate woman disillusioned with the world of desire. The film features Akshaya Rao, granddaughter of the famous Telugu artiste Chhaya Devi, in the central role. Sanjay Bhatia, who played a monk in Ship of Theseus, is playing a corrupt builder.
The director, who is also a painter and a criminal psychologist by profession, said, ���I love dealing with the human mind. My film, which is in the post-production stage, has a social message that reveals that life is not what it seems to be; we live a layered existence."
