NEW DELHI: Chief minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday said women who had lost their husbands in the Pahalgam terror attack got justice following India's missile strikes on terrorists' camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.

"I salute the Indian armed forces and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as their decision and decisive power honoured 140 crore Indians," Gupta said. The council of ministers, chaired by CM, passed a resolution, stating, "The council of ministers, GNCT of Delhi, expresses its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for leadership and support to the Indian armed forces in executing Operation Sindoor."
Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva congratulated the armed forces, Govt of India and PM Modi. For the past two weeks, 140 crore Indians eagerly awaited a military response to terrorism sponsored by Pakistan, Sachdeva said, adding, "Today, under the successful leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India's brave soldiers fulfilled that expectation."
AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal posted on X, "We are proud of Indian Army and our brave soldiers. In this fight against terrorism, all 140 crore Indians stand with Indian Army. The courage of our armed forces is the faith of every citizen. We are united. We stand together against terrorism."
