Apathy, indifference or disconnect: Why is India's youth staying away from Elections?

Almost 5 crore teenagers are eligible to cast their first vote and yet a majority are not even on the voters' list. They haven't even bothered to get their names enrolled. What explains these startling numbers? If they are the future of the country, why are they not interested in their own future? We asked young voters to tell us why.
