As the sacred month of Ramadan unfolds, Bigg Boss 11 fame Arshi Khan shares her thoughts on the festival and how she plans to observe it. The actress, last seen in the TV show Shravani, remains dedicated to fasting despite her busy schedule.
Ramadan 2025 began on the evening of March 1 and will continue until March 31. Speaking about the significance of this time, Arshi said, "Ramadan is all about improving yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. I make sure to be at my home and celebrate the festival with my family in Indore. I was here during Chaand Raat, and we all came together to welcome this precious month by performing prayers, giving to charity, and enjoying delicious festive foods."

Arshi will soon return to Mumbai to resume work but remains committed to observing the fast. She added, "I will be traveling back to Mumbai tomorrow and will continue fasting. Being away from home during Ramadan is another opportunity to explore how it is celebrated in different places and cultures. Mumbai feels like home now, so I will celebrate with my friends here. However, I will return to Indore for Eid to be with my family."

The crescent moon marks the beginning and end of Ramadan, a time of deep spiritual reflection. Arshi elaborated, "The sighting of the crescent moon is of great significance. The month is observed through fasting, followed by Iftar and evening prayers. Before fasting begins, we have a pre-dawn meal known as Sehri. Then, from sunrise to sunset, we abstain from food and water, breaking our fast with water and dates, followed by an Iftar meal that fosters community bonding."
Concluding with a heartfelt message, she said, "May the spirit of Ramadan illuminate our hearts with faith, love, and peace. Wishing everyone the strength to observe this holy month with sincerity and devotion. Ramadan Kareem!"
Arshi is known for her roles in Savitri Devi College & Hospital, Vish, Entertainment Ki Raat, and Ishq Mein Marjawan, among others.
