LeBron James has candidly showered praise for the Golden State Warriors’s dominant roster with Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler. James gave his honest reaction to how Butler propelled the team to dominance in the league. The Warriors, who once looked like they were on the brink of falling out of the playoff race, have now surged to fifth in the Western Conference with a dominant 20-4 record since Butler’s arrival.

Following the Lakers’ 123-116 loss to the Warriors at their home ground, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Thursday night, LeBron James didn’t hold back in acknowledging Golden State’s continued ability to reload and stay competitive.

"They always figure it out. I've been a part of them making big acquisitions to change the dynamic of their team before," James said postgame. "I've had to go against them when they added Kevin Durant… They always add somebody that [changes] the dynamic."
The addition of Jimmy Butler has been transformative. While his numbers— 17.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game on 45.3% shooting— aren’t exactly eye-catching, his two-way presence has been a weapon for the Warriors’ resurgence.
"Jimmy Butler is great," James continued. "He adds a toughness to them, he's a championship DNA type of guy."
Butler had a relatively quiet night with 11 points, four rebounds, and two assists on 57.1% shooting.
LeBron himself did all he could in the loss, finishing with 33 points, five rebounds, and nine assists on an efficient 10-of-15 shooting. However, his efforts weren’t enough to overcome a masterful performance from Stephen Curry, who led the Warriors with 37 points.

James has also been in his A-game, but during tonight’s game, he had a hard fall after colliding with the Warriors’ superstar Jonathan Kuminga. James was soon attended by medical professionals. Thankfully, he returned to the court to continue the game.
James hugged Butler after the match, acknowledging the new Warriors star. He also shook hands with Curry.
As of now, the Lakers are at 46-30, while the Warriors have recorded 45 wins and 31 defeats so far.
