The actress, who is battling stage 3 breast cancer, posted her look on Instagram. She also apologised to the designer Masaba Gupta for "ruining" the sari's elegance by pitting it with sneakers, which Hina had donned because of neuropathic pain she is suffering from.
"Now, anything cushioned in my feet gives me comfort. so we went for the most super-comfy sneakers to go with my saree (sari). She then went on to apologize to Masaba, stating that the shoe may have taken away the original look of the sari. "My apologies, @masabagupta, for killing the look of this gorgeous saree but we managed some killer pictures," wrote Hina.

Despite the apology from Hina, fans flooded the comment section of the post with love and encouragement, telling her that she looked stunning and didn't need to apologise for doing so. One social media user commented, "Who says you killed the look? You slayed it." Another user remarked about her strength and style, stating that "You are such an inspiration." Fans lauded her overall looks as one user said she was "sabse khubsoorat" (most beautiful).

Hina's sari made of boron tissue material with scalloped embroidery in gold threads on the borders featured a striped pattern. She maintained it as close to its traditional look as possible in neat pleats and draped the pallu stylishly over her shoulder. Her matching brown blouse featured V-neck with half-length sleeves, laden amply with zardosi embroidery. Emerald and oxidised silver jewels like a choker, jhumkis, rings, and a bracelet were suitable adornments to complete the elegant look.
Though the actress might have been worried about her sartorial pick, her fans concluded on a single verdict: this actress was looking gorgeous and mighty.
