NEW DELHI: Chaos broke out at Jammu airport on Saturday as passengers got into a heated argument with officials after multiple flights were cancelled due to bad weather in Srinagar.
Connecting flights from Srinagar to other places are also delayed or cancelled, according to news agency ANI.

Flights are often cancelled or diverted in bad weather primarily to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
Severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, snowstorms, fog, or strong winds can significantly impair visibility, disrupt navigation systems, and affect an aircraft’s ability to take off, land, or maintain stable flight.
