Jasmine Bhasin recalls life-changing advice from Salman Khan: “Mann mein rakhogi toh pachtaogi”

Actress Jasmine Bhasin, who gained immense popularity through the show Bigg Boss 14, recently opened up about a special moment from the show that had a lasting impact on her life. While the season was filled with many highlights—including her public declaration of love for Aly Goni—her memorable exchanges with the host of the show, Bollywood star Salman Khan, also stood out.
In a candid interaction with Bollywood Bubble, Jasmine reflected on a piece of advice from Salman Khan that helped her evolve as a person.
Salman’s Advice
Jasmine was asked to share a heartwarming memory involving Salman Khan. She fondly recalled how a few words from the Tiger 3 star helped her become more emotionally open and self-assured. The one thing Salman told her during the show had a significant impact on her life. It made her feel better and more confident as a human being.

“He told me, ‘Jasmine, tum jitna sochti ho, jo feel karti ho, you don’t express it. Bologi toh nahi pachtaogi, nahi bologi, mann mein rakhogi toh pachtaogi,' ( Jasmine, as much as you think and feel, you don’t express it. If you speak up, you won’t regret it. If you don’t and keep it inside, you will.) " she shared.
Jasmine added that Salman gave her this advice during an episode, and she has taken it seriously. “I’ve taken it seriously, and trust me, I feel better. I’ve become more expressive—whether it’s something good or bad. Pehle main sirf acha hi bolti thi and agar kisi ko kuch bura lagta tha toh main nahi bolti thi. Par ab mai apne aap ko jyada express karti hu and I am really thankful to him for this advice. (Earlier, I used to say only good things, and if something might hurt someone, I would hold back. But now, I express myself more,)” she added.

Jasmine Bhasin’s Bigg Boss 14 journey wasn’t just about completing tasks—it was also where she made her relationship with Aly Goni official. Their emotional moment during an eviction episode, which even brought Salman Khan to tears, remains a fan-favourite on social media.
