Will Jacks shone in Mumbai Indians’ win over Sunrisers Hyderabad, claiming 2/14 and scoring 36 runs. Aware of his bowling role against left-handers, he executed MI’s plans smartly. Jacks admitted wanting more impact in earlier matches, but was happy to contribute in this one, saying the team’s message to stay ready never changed. MI clinched the game by four wickets.
