Ravi Krishna, Chandana gear up for their first duet

Ravi Krishna and Chandana, who are playing lead roles in Varudhini Parinayam, will soon be seen grooving to a melodious romantic song on their show. The song was recently shot in the outskirts of Hyderabad and Vikarabad, amidst paddy fields. A visibly excited Chandana ays, “This is the first time that a song has specifically been recorded for a Telugu TV serial.It’s a dream song which begins after my character in the show (Varudhini) starts believing that her husband, Pardhu has indeed changed. It was our producer, Sriram’s idea and he wanted something unique and interesting. And we never expected that it would turn out so well.” So far, film songs and background music from popular films were being used in serials and the romantic song on this show is being touted as the first of its kind for a Telugu TV serial.“We are really happy with the response for our show and it feels good to be part of something unique,” Chandana says.
