Aditi Sarangdhar will play the role of Inspector Saloni Deshmukh while Shweta Shinde will play Inspector Renuka Rathod.
As per the storyline of the show, Police Unit No. 9 is currently investigating a murder case in which a few women have been killed and the killer has tied a red ribbon on their legs after the crime. Unit 9 including Amit Dolwat, Soham Bandekar, Abhijeet

Shwetchandra, Uday Sabnis, and Shubhangi Sadavarte are trying to find the serial killer, and Unit 8's inspectors Saloni Deshmukh and Renuka Rathod are going to join them to solve the case. PI Saloni Deshmukh will inform Unit 9 that it was an old case and they have to work together to solve the crime.
