Juggling between education and work might be a challenge for many. However, it seems to be an easy task for actress Prakruthi Prasad. Besides playing a supporting role in a popular daily soap, the actress strikes a fine balance between her education and acting career.
In an exclusive with ETimes TV, Prakruthi, who is also doing her Masters degree in Psychology, spoke about the importance of education in one's life.
She also averred that she would never suggest anyone to quit education to pursue their interest in acting.
"Education is something that is for a lifetime. Not everyone who quit their education and follows their passion for acting will be successful. I don't like it when people say one or the other. I really want to ask them, 'Why not both?' You never know or can predict how your future will be. Only the lucky ones will shine in such decisions," opined the actress.
Talking more about it, she concludes with an interesting note saying, "To any young budding artist, I would always suggest balancing education and acting. You might have to work a little extra. But towards the end, it is a fruitful decision. Also, I sometimes wonder why can't people actually balance both? Why not put in the effort and give meaning to your life properly. Education is a backbone to every individual."
On the work front, Prakruthi is currently seen playing a prominent role in the daily soap 'Nammane Yuvarani'. The actress essays the character '
Namratha' in the show.
