Young actress
Supritha Sathyanarayan, who made her small screen debut with the serial Seetha Vallabha, is making the transition from the small screen to the big with two upcoming films, Rahadari and Rugna.
Supritha says, “Acting is the same for me, whether it is for the big screen or TV. When emotions are universal, acting, which is a way of expressing those emotions, remains the same.
I don’t see a big difference between the two mediums of entertainment.” On balancing the time between the two, she says, “I love to work, so time is not at all a constraint.”
Supritha is currently seen in the serial Sarasu in the title role. “Sarasu is someone who remains lively whatever happens in her life. Many girls struggle to get education like Sarasu. I hope the serial will be an inspiration to many such girls.” The serial also has
Skanda Ashok in the lead role. In her upcoming film Rugna,
Supritha plays a young writer who is slowly getting into the limelight as a popular novelist. She had said, “There are two intriguing shades to my character, which made me accept the project. I am glad that I get to do such challenging roles so early in my career.”
