Actor Worship Khanna is making a comeback to television after a year with the show 'Pati Brahmachari.' Khanna expresses his happiness about returning to TV and reuniting with the team from his previous show, Dhruv Tara.
Actor Worship Khanna is all set to return to television with Pati Brahmachari after he was last seen in the show Dhruv Tara, and he’s excited about getting back on TV. He says, "This is not a cameo, it is an important role. I play the hero’s brother, Puran, and the story revolves around us. Doing a TV show after a year makes me happy.”
Talking about his role further, he says, “The brother's duo is a good one. Puran is from a lower-middle-class family, living in a chawl, but he’s full of life. He laughs, jokes and carries a very positive energy. He’s a happy-go-lucky guy. I am looking forward to playing this role."
Regarding his comeback, he admits, “It’s always tough for an actor to sit at home and wait for a project. I too faced tough times, and I tried doing a few web shows, but the charm of TV is different. But I am happy to be working with the same team behind my last show, Dhruv Tara. They’ve always believed in me, and I am thankful for it. Working with them is like working with family."
While he was away from TV, the actor was focusing on looking for exciting projects on web and music videos. He says, "Every platform and medium has it's own pros and cons and i feel that as far as the role is interesting, I don't mind to take it up for whichver medium."
