Sushant Divgikar: Collective IQ of Bigg Boss contestants is less than room temperature
Right from the moment he entered Colors’ TRP-grossing reality show this season, actor singer choreographer and gay icon Sushant Divgikar made it clear that he has a mind of his own and he would play the game on his own terms. So, while some of the other contestants resorted to full-blown pungas, fracas or fake romances, Sushant preferred to stick to his song and dance routine and his funky sense of dressing.
Of course, he had to pay the price for it and he was recently evicted from Bigg Boss 8. But, not one to cry over spilt milk, Sushant doles out some wacky one-liners about his former housemates in an interesting heart-to-heart…

Viewers deserve what they get…
Sushant is forthright enough to admit: “I was amazed by the maa-behen ki gaalis that some of the contestants were giving with gay abundance. I feel when you come home after a tiring day at work, you want to enjoy clean fun, light-hearted banter, music and dance and I tried giving all this to the audience. But if they want to see all those abuses, shouting, raving and ranting, then all the best to them. They deserve what they get.”
Nothing intellectual, please!
He says it was difficult to have an intellectual conversation with most of the people inside the Bigg Boss’ house. “I have more than 500 books at home and I’m a voracious reader with an IQ of 147. But, I’m sorry to say that the collective IQ of Bigg Boss 8 contestants is less than the room temperature. And on top of that, there was this onslaught of negativity, which completely zapped me. Thank god, I’m out!” says Sushant.
