Ratan Rajput decides to learn English Vinglish

There’s a real-life role Ratan Rajput is quite serious about these days — that of a student. The actress, who has always been open about her lack
of proficiency in English, is taking lessons in the language. Interestingly, it’s her role in TV show Santoshi Maa that inspired Ratan to learn angrezi. Seems, the upcoming track in the show is similar to Bollywood film English Vinglish where the husband is ashamed of his wife’s inability to speak English.So, like Sridevi’s character in the movie, Ratan too decides to take classes in the show.
The actress says that the role prompted her to turn student. She explains, “I was always uncomfortable with languages and could not speak English fluently. Luckily, I have found myself a wonderful tutor on the set. He also made me download an app that helps me improve my linguistic skills.”
