Actor Param Singh, currently seen playing the lead role of Neil in the popular TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, is gaining immense attention on social media for his striking looks and fitness. Param emphasizes the importance of fitness, saying, "We all know what we should be doing to live our healthiest lives. Working out and staying physically fit makes us stronger, relieves stress, and heals our bodies."
With a wealth of fitness advice available, it can be overwhelming to determine the best approach. However, Param's fitness philosophy is simple and relatable. He shares, "It's important to eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated. Small yet effective changes in our diet and exercise routines can make a huge difference. As I am currently shooting, I prefer working out at least 4 to 5 days a week. I follow a push/pull/legs or boot camp workout routine. I also run 10 km and incorporate free weight exercises."
Param acknowledges the challenges of staying consistent, adding, "Every day can be different. Some days, you may feel energetic, while on others, you might struggle to find time. But being active is essential for good health. Any exercise is better than none, and even short sessions count. I also make it a point to meditate daily. By including basic activities in your daily routine, you set yourself up for better long-term health. Every effort counts."

When discussing his diet, Param believes in fueling his body with the right nutrition. He shares, "Eating a well-balanced diet helps provide the calories and nutrients needed for daily activities, including workouts. I follow intermittent fasting and prefer meals with brown rice, vegetables, and lentils. I enjoy fresh fruits and juices, while completely avoiding junk food, alcohol, and smoking. The key is listening to your body and maintaining a balance between what feels right and what benefits your health."
