Bigg Boss 9 contestant Mandana Karimi, who has been missing in action for quite some time, is back in the news. This time around, she is being talked about for her newly-acquired jazzy hair-cut.

The model-turned-actress, who had ended up as the second runner-up of Bigg Boss 9, which was won by Prince Narula, had also tried her hand at acting on the silver screen but her film career didn't take off as expected.
On a related note, Mandana had made waves for not so good reasons when the news of her troubled marriage had surfaced.
Karimi had got engaged to her boyfriend, Gaurav Gupta, an Indian businessman from Mumbai, in July 2016. The couple has exchanged vows in a court in March 2017, which was followed by a lavish wedding as per Hindu rituals.

Reportedly, she had moved a court in Mumbai alleging that she has been 'tricked out of the matrimonial house' by her husband Gaurav Gupta and her in-laws less than six months into the marriage. She had sought Rs 10 lakh as monthly maintenance and a compensation of Rs 2 crore 'for the trauma and agony' caused by this incident. The case was filed on July 3, before a Andheri metropolitan magistrate.
