Celebrity Masterchef: Gaurav Khanna misses on a hat trick despite taking Chef Rahul Rana's help as an advantage; Faisu wins the 'Shadras' challenge

Celebrity Masterchefis gearing up for the grand finale night with some of the popular celebs of Bollywood and TV industry will be seen making an appearance on the show. However, before the finale episode goes on-air, the celebrity contestants are busy performing new challenges.In the latest episode,Chef Rahul Rana turned up the heat by introducing the most intense challenge of the season. The contestants were asked to replicate Rahul's intricate dish, Shadras which had 6 dishes with 22 elements.
After Rahul introduced the beautiful dish, the contestants were left shocked. They were asked to replicate all the 6 dishes which were Sweet, salty, astringent, bitter, sour and Pungent. The special cuisine had 6 different dishes, with 22 elements and 150 pressure points.

The contestants started preparing the six dishes and were given 150 minutes. Before the challenge began, Gaurav was informed that he gets to use his advantage that he won in the previous episode wherein he can take Chef Rahul's help to prepare the most difficult element. The celebrity contestants taste the six dishes especially made by Rahul Rana.
During the process, Gaurav battled major colour blindness challenges as Shadras was visually a beautiful looking dish and had too many colours involved. He struggled to get the colours correct but he managed to complete the dish with the help of Ranveer's guidance.
Gaurav was under extreme pressure as he was on his hat trick, he used his advantage of taking Rahul Rana's help to make sweet potato roasty as it was the most difficult one for him.

While making the dish, Faisu was under pressure but judges Farah Khan, Rahul and Ranveer Brar motivated Faisu to give his best. While announcing the results, Chef Vikas Khanna revealed that Gaurav and Faisu's dishes were very close to Rahul's, but only one of them would win the advantage. They announced Faisu as the winner of the challenge. He won the advantage for the next round. Chef Ranveer Brar informed Gaurav that he missed the hat trick by a close margin. Chef Vikas revealed that Faisu's dish matched 16 of the given 22 elements.
