Without naming any actor friends TV actor Gautam Rode confesses that he has been regularly writing diet charts for his technicians, neighbours, relatives and friends. And all of this started when he prepared a diet chart for his mother. Secondly, I am a pure vegetarian and a lot of people are turning vegetarian now.
I have huge number of people coming to me asking for advice on what healthy vegetarian food they should eat for dinner. And this also pushed me into thinking that I should pursue this seriously in some time.”
Meanwhile, the actor suggests that people should try eating sauteed veggies, clear soups, yellow dals and he considers brown rice the most healthiest. He says, "When you give a diet chart to a person you can't give them something that they don't eat at all. One should give what they are comfortable eating everyday."
