All isn’t well in celeb couple Nabanita Das-Jeetu Kamal’s paradise. The couple, who tied the knot in 2019, has decided to part ways.
Close friends of Jeetu and Nabanita, their co-stars and fans were in for a crude shock this afternoon, when the actress poured her heart out in a Facebook post. The emotional post hinted at their separation leaving others in deep shock.In the post Nabanita, who is a very popular face on Bengali small screen, also hinted about the differences the couples were facing in the recent days. Speaking about the sunny days as well as the cloudy ones, Nabanita wished Jeetu all the best in his life. After a while, Jeetu too, shared a posting stating that he will always 'protect' Nabanita like always.

Meanwhile, a source close to the couple told ETimes TV that Jeetu and Nabanita were having issues for past couple of months. They have been staying separately for last 3-4 months and have now filed for a divorce. It’s an amicable decision taken by Jeetu and Nabanita, who met on the sets of ‘Ardhangini’. They eventually bonded during the shoot and decided to get married within a few months of their first meet. In 2019, May, Jeetu and Nabanita tied the knot in a traditional Bengali wedding ceremony. The reception was a star-studded affair, attended by many celebrities.
On the career front, Jeetu and Nabanita are both busy with their respective careers. While ‘Aparajito’ worked as a turning point for Jeetu’s career, Nabanita too has hit projects to her kitty. She is busy with the shooting of recently launched comedy-drama ‘Biyer Phool’, where she is paired opposite Raja Biswas. Jeetu, on the other hand, has several movie projects in his kitty after his last movie’s success.
