Elon Musk's gaming obsession is now prominently displayed at his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) office desk. The Tesla CEO recently shared a photograph of his workspace at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building that revealed much about his personal interests beyond his official duties. While many observers fixated on the “Kekius Maximus” image adorning the wall – which Musk specifically mentioned in his post – gaming enthusiasts quickly noticed something even more impressive: a high-end gaming setup that would inspire envy in any serious player.

Dominating the desk is a massive G9 curved gaming monitor with its distinctive wraparound OLED display, Business Insider reported, adding that the ultra-wide monitor costs $1,799 and is specifically designed for immersive gaming experiences.
In India, the price of this monitor starts at Rs 1,10,999.
The curved monitors have received a greater adoption, specifically by professional gamers as they fill more of the player's field of view to create deeper engagement with virtual worlds. The monitor essentially represents serious gaming hardware rather than standard office equipment.
The monitor is connected to a gaming PC visible below Musk's desk with an “MSI” component and a huge fan to keep the system cooler.
The tech billionaire likely uses this high-end setup to indulge in his favourite games, including "Diablo IV," which he's known to play passionately. While the ultra-wide screen certainly enhances gaming experiences, it also serves practical purposes, allowing Musk to arrange multiple full-size windows side-by-side for productivity tasks.

Adding to the gaming aesthetic, Musk digitally added an image of "Kekius Maximus" (a Pepe the Frog variant) to a picture frame on his office wall. This reflects his ongoing engagement with internet culture and memes, as he even temporarily changed his X profile name to "Kekius Maximus" in December.
