Google Pixel 9a likely price leaked head of official launch

is soon expected to launch its new Pixel 9 series smartphone — Pixel 9a. However, ahead of the official launch, the likely price of the upcoming smartphone has surfaced online. According to a report by Android Headlines, the Pixel 9a will maintain a similar price point to its predecessor, the Pixel 8a, which was launched in May 2024.
The Pixel 9a is expected to be priced at $499 (approximately ₹43,400) for the 128GB variant and $599 (around ₹51,800) for the 256GB model in the US. In Europe, the pricing is anticipated to be €549 (₹50,200) for the 128GB model and €609 (₹55,700) for the 256GB variant2. The UK pricing is expected to be £499 for the 128GB version and £599 for the 256GB model.
The Pixel 9a is set to feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 2,700 nits. It will be powered by Google's Tensor G4 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and will offer storage options of 128GB and 256GB using UFS 3.1 technology3. The device will ship with Android 15 and is expected to receive seven years of software and security updates.
In terms of design, the Pixel 9a will depart from the traditional bar-style camera module seen in previous models, opting for a sleeker, flush-back design. The rear panel will feature a flat, matte finish with the Google logo centered, and the camera module will be subtly integrated into the body3. The Pixel 9a is also rumored to feature a dual-camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, along with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
