Take-Two Interactive owned 2K launched the latest game in its WWE franchise, WWE 2K25, earlier this month. This new game also offers the double finisher move for various match types, including Triple Threat, Four Way, Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and tag team bouts. This move provides players with a method to finish multi-person matches such as Triple Threat and Fatal Four Way formats. A double finisher move also provides a strategy for players to weaken their opponents in Royal Rumble or Battle Royale matches before eliminating them. In this guide, we’ve explained how to replicate moves such as John Cena's Double Attitude Adjustment and Edge's finishing moves like the Edgecution (formerly known as the Impaler) and the Antivenom at WrestleMania 25. For example, with this move, players can make Cena lift nearly 650 pounds before executing the finisher.
WWE 2K25: How to perform the double finisher move
To perform a double finisher in a WWE 2K25 match, players need to follow these steps:
- Select "Play" and choose a WWE match featuring multiple opponents in the ring.
- Adjust the match settings so that the chosen WWE Superstar either has a stored finisher or can build one normally after a signature move.
- Use the Circle/B button to grab the first opponent, then quickly press Circle/B along with the L stick directed toward a corner to Irish Whip the opponent into it. Avoid holding the Irish Whip button to prevent the opponent from rebounding instead of stacking.
- Once the first opponent is stunned in the corner, grab the second opponent and Irish Whip them into the same corner so that both are stacked.
- Approach the stacked opponents with a stored finisher and press RT/R2 + A/X to execute the Double Finisher from the corner.
