Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson quietly builds massive $8 million property portfolio at just 24

Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of NFL legend Bill Belichick, has quietly amassed an $8 million real estate empire. Since publicly appearing with Belichick, Hudson strategically acquired multi-family homes in the Boston area, beginning in December 2023. Her investments include properties in Dorchester and Roxbury Crossing, generating substantial rental income.

While most headlines surrounding 73-year-old NFL legend Bill Belichick have focused on his illustrious coaching career and recent transition to college football, his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has been building an impressive empire of her own—quietly and strategically investing in real estate, with property records now valuing her portfolio at a staggering $8 million.

How Jordon Hudson built an $8 million real estate empire after meeting Bill Belichick

Jordon Hudson, a former cheerleader and beauty pageant contestant, has taken many by surprise with her swift pivot into property development. Since the couple was first spotted together publicly, she’s been steadily acquiring multi-family homes across the greater Boston area. What began as a low-key relationship has unfolded into a lucrative property venture—seemingly unfolding parallel to her growing presence in Belichick’s public and professional life.
According to property records and mortgage documents reviewed by Realtor.com, Hudson began her investment spree in December 2023. Her first purchase was a $2.2 million townhouse in Dorchester, Boston. She secured the property with a $1.2 million mortgage. Notably, the townhouse had already been converted into three apartments, and Hudson wasted no time updating it with modern finishes. One of the units, a stylish four-bedroom, is currently available to rent for $5,000 per month.

The unit, which boasts “condo quality” amenities including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and tiled bathrooms with glass shower doors, also features private backyard space—a premium in city living. The two remaining apartments in the building each have their own balconies overlooking the shared outdoor area.
What makes Hudson’s acquisitions particularly savvy is the timing. On the same day she finalized the mortgage for the Dorchester townhouse, she also locked in another $1.2 million mortgage for a second property in the neighborhood. That home, valued at $2.3 million, had been listed just a month prior to its purchase in June 2023 and was also divided into three four-bedroom units. Each apartment features two bathrooms and private outdoor access, offering both practicality and appeal for renters. The building had been "renovated to the studs" before Hudson acquired it, reducing her immediate costs for repairs or upgrades.
Less than two weeks later, on December 15, Hudson made her biggest investment yet: a $3 million multi-family residence in Boston’s Roxbury Crossing. Described in its listing as a “one-of-a-kind three-family home,” the property contains a whopping 15 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms across three units. At the time of purchase, it was already generating rental income of $17,675 per month, with leases locked in until August 2024.
Each of these properties was acquired through a separate LLC, but Hudson’s name appears as the borrower on the mortgage paperwork—solidifying her control over the real estate business that’s clearly been growing behind the scenes.
Long before she was associated with Belichick, Hudson was raised in Hancock, Maine, by a family involved in the fishing trade. Her parents’ business went bankrupt in 2000 after their fishing grounds were shut down. Her mother later moved to Cape Cod, where she now operates a sex-toy store and museum in Provincetown—a far cry from the world of NFL glitz and real estate millionaires.
Hudson’s lifestyle has shifted dramatically since meeting Belichick on a flight from Boston to Palm Beach in 2021—a detail that Belichick later confirmed, countering a media storm following an awkward CBS interview in which Hudson abruptly cut off a question about how they met, saying, “We’re not talking about that.”
Behind that assertive public presence, however, Hudson has clearly been making bold financial moves. In October 2023, she purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage on a pond in Harwich, Massachusetts, for $610,000. This quaint Cape Cod home, which she listed as her primary residence on mortgage filings, has a “small but workable” kitchen—perhaps a humble nod to her roots despite her expanding net worth.
Though she maintains a low profile in real estate circles, Jordon Hudson has quickly proven herself as a serious investor. At a time when most twenty-somethings are trying to navigate their first apartments, Hudson is managing a portfolio that would make seasoned landlords envious.

While Belichick has seen his career shift from the NFL to college football, earning $10 million annually with the University of North Carolina, his girlfriend appears to be leveraging their partnership wisely. Axios recently reported that Hudson was CC’ed on all emails between Belichick and UNC officials, and The Athletic described her title in email signatures as “Chief Operating Officer of Belichick Productions.”
Whether her growing real estate portfolio is just a smart financial move or the early stages of a larger business venture, one thing is certain—Jordon Hudson is far more than a sideline presence in Belichick’s life. She’s quickly becoming a player in her own right.
