30-year-old Will Smith, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ catcher, has had a brilliant career both on and off the field. This time, Smith won hearts after he made an adorable gesture for an adorable little girl, Poppy, who lost everything in the deadly fires that took place in Los Angeles.

Will Smith’s warm little gesture will melt your heart

Poppy, a young girl, has been a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and especially of Will Smith. She lost everything in the deadly wildfires that ravaged the city of Los Angeles this year, which gushed more than 11,500 homes. In a video, Will Smith said he heard what happened and felt sorry for Poppy. He said.
“Hey Poppy, it’s Will, I heard what happened and I just want to say I’m really sorry,
Further, Smith said he wanted to give her a little gift. He said:
“I signed this jersey, and then your most prized possession.” It was a photo from the World Series.
Smith also invited Polly for the Opening Day as baseball season began in March. He said:
“I also want to invite you to our Opening Day, looking forward to it, and hopefully I’ll get to see you there.”
