The teams within TWG Motorsport

TWG Motorsport manages a broad spectrum of racing series, which include:

  • Cadillac: Formula 1 (2026 entry subject to final ratification)
  • Andretti Global: Racing in IndyCar, Indy NXT, Formula E, and Walkinshaw Andretti United Australian Supercars
  • Spire Motorsports: NASCAR
  • Wayne Taylor Racing: IMSA SportsCar Championship
The restructuring came following Michael Andretti moving away from the day-to-day activities at Andretti Global in 2024. This transition permitted effortless incorporation into TWG Motorsport, under businessman Dan Towriss' helm.

Cadillac's F1 undertaking and TWG's new venture

While Andretti disappeared on the horizon, Cadillac's F1 endeavour picked up steam. The company's F1 project is now in the hands of a new corporate division, GM Performance Power Units LLC, headed by CEO Russ O'Blenes. The team's final approval to enter in 2026 has yet to materialize but optimism still exists for a successful bid.

While most of Andretti Global's teams retain their current names, Wayne Taylor Racing opted to drop the Andretti name but remain under TWG. Taylor was happy with the change, citing the consistency of his team's name under the new team.
