NEW DELHI: Royal Challengers Bengaluru will look to make their return to home soil a memorable one when they take on Gujarat Titans in an IPL clash at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru, on Wednesday.

As RCB and GT prepare for their latest showdown, here’s a look at their head-to-head record in the IPL:The two teams have met five times in the tournament’s history, with RCB holding a slight edge, having won three matches, while GT have emerged victorious twice.
Their rivalry began in IPL 2022 when Gujarat Titans, in their debut season, defeated RCB by six wickets. They repeated their success later that year, but RCB managed to secure an eight-wicket win in their second meeting.
In IPL 2023, GT once again triumphed over RCB, winning by six wickets. However, RCB flipped the script in IPL 2024, securing dominant wins in both encounters—first by nine wickets and then by four wickets—taking the lead in their head-to-head battle.
RCB also hold the record for the highest total in this fixture, scoring 206, while GT’s best effort stands at 200. The lowest total recorded in their meetings is 147 by RCB.
