Transformers One, an animated prequel about the legendary conflict between the Autobots and the Decepticons, will feature the voices of
Chris Hemsworth,
Brian Tyree Henry, and
Scarlett Johansson.
The genesis narrative of how the brothers-in-arms evolved into sworn rivals stars Hemsworth as young Optimus Prime and Henry as young Megatron. Johansson plays Elita, Keegan-Michael Key plays Bumblebee, Jon Hamm plays Sentinel Prime, and Laurence Fishburne plays Alpha Trion.
Josh Cooley, the director of Toy Story 4, is working from a script written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari. The movie will be in theatres on July 19, 2024.
Along with Valerii An, Brian Goldner, Brian Oliver, Bradley J. Fischer, Transformers One is being executive produced by Steven Spielberg.
