One of the best wall spaces for a vertical garden is the balcony wall. If in case you have a small balcony and cannot have pots on the grills or floor, use hanging pots, wall-mounted planters, or vertical racks near the walls.

Kitchen windows

If you have windows in the kitchen, this is another space to have a vertical garden. Most kitchen windows have the classic zig-zag pattern and it is easy to add small pots and planters in between.

A wall in the living room

Another space to have a vertical garden in can be the living room. If you have an accent wall that is unused, you can add the vertical pane in it and add small flowers and herbs in the vertical garden. But make sure to prune and shape it or it will make the room look shabby.

Bathroom

Another space to have the vertical garden in is the Bathroom. There are many moisture-absorbing plants that will keep the bathroom nice and fresh, and the planter can be added on the walls the shower head is in.

In the bedroom

Even in the bedrooms there is a wall we just do not know what to do with! And so for a quick fix you can add a vertical garden over there. Just buy a vertical plant frame and add succulents over there to keep it looking tidy.

The entry

If there is a small foyer between the entry and the living room, the foyer walls can also make a vertical garden. Plants like lucky bamboo, snake plants, or peace lilies are great for this space as they need minimal watering and won’t make a mess.
