Currently Dhoni has helped his bowlers in 5 dismissals in just 3 matches which includes 4 catches and 1 stumpings.
He also has a run out on his name.
MS Dhoni is currently leading this years IPL 6 with 6 dismissals in 5 matches.
He is the only wicket keeper who has done two stumpings so far in this IPL 6. And hopefully many more will follow.

AB Arun Karthik who is the wicket keeper for Royal Challengers Bangalore is currently leading in IPL 6 with 7 dismissals which includes 6 catches and 1 stumpings in 7 innings.
Most stumpings still sticks with MS Dhoni who has 2 stumpings so far in this season. Most dismissals in an inning so far in IPL 6 is also stuck to MS Dhoni who has done 4 dismissals in IPL 6.
