Trivia :

1. After shooting the previous film in the series inside a house, RGV shot the entire film (Ice Cream 2) using the same techniques like Flow Cam and Flow Sound, which he had employed in Ice Cream.

2. The original name of Naveena, who played one of the lead roles in the film, is Mrudula Bhaskar and she has earlier acted in a Tamil film, Vallinnam.

3. Contrary to almost every other film, there's no background score in Ice Cream 2. Seshu, who designed the audio and background sound, created sound effects which were used like a background score.

4. RGV makes a cameo in the film as a film producer, who refuses to produce Bhupal's film. However, only his palm is shown in the shot, along with his voice-over.

5. The role of the antagonist, whose face is always covered in the film, was played by Tarzan.
