Director
Sukumar, of ‘Rangasthalam’ fame, has dismissed reports that claimed he did not support actor Aadhi Pinisetty.
Sukumar, who admits being a fan of Aadhi’s father
Ravi Raja Pinisetty's work, has reportedly said he has watched Aadhi’s films and has appreciated the actor's art of simultaneously playing the protagonist and the antagonist. Speaking about roping in the star for the role of Kumar Babu, Sukumar said that he gave him a free hand to do what he felt was right for the role.
The director stated that it could be this, that might have made the actor feel neglected.
According to the director, Aadhi nailed his role to perfection which prompted him to ask Ram Charan if he felt "dominated" by his co-star. Much to his delight, Ram brushed it off, saying that it was all part of the job. Sukumar didn't hold back from praising Aadhi Pinisetty by saying that the prime reason for the film's success was because of the actor's performance.
Aadhi is currently awaiting the release of ‘Nevevaro’, to be directed by Hari Natha. It is scheduled to release on August 24.
