Anisha Ambrose, who will be paired opposite Pawan Kalyan in Gopala Gopala reveals her Christimas celebrations. "We are a very cosmopolitan family having people hailing from South, East and North India, so our Christmas menu reflects that. Our typical X���mas spread features everything from kalkals, coconut barfi, rose cookies, Chinese lanterns, banana toffee, bread pudding, caramel custard, and dark chocolate figs to turkey roast, vegetable gratin and Armenian posta curry."
The actress adds, "The preparations start a week in advance and everything is homemade. The Christmas sweets are mostly south Indian, like arisalu, coconut puffs et al, because my grandmother is South Indian. Shammi kebabs are another typical Christmas speciality at my house. We also make rich plum cakes ��� the plum that���s used is marinated in rum for a long time so that they get really rich. Christmas is the time for family reunions ��� wherever we are, we all get together for Christmas in Vizag. My brothers play Santa and bring goodies for me."
