Deva Katta’s ‘Prasthanam’ starring
Sharwanand is all set to be remade in Hindi. The Hindi remake will apparently star
Sooraj Pancholi in the lead.
According to reports, Sharwanand starrer ‘Prasthanam’, which was released on April 16, 2010, will now be remade in Hindi. Sooraj Pancholi has been approached to reprise the role in the Hindi remake and the actor too is reportedly keen be a part of the project.
Apart from him,
Sanjay Dutt and Sandeep Kishan would reportedly reprise the roles of Sai Kumar and Satyajeet Dubey respectively.
Several changes have apparently been made in the script to suit the Hindi audience. However, an official announcement is awaited.
Directed by Deva Katta, ‘Prasthanam’ was highly appreciated for its solid story, gripping screenplay, big star cast, which tells the story of a renowned political leader, chooses the wrong path to give more attention to his political life than others.
