‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’ box office collections day 1: Venkatesh starrer mints Rs 25 crores

Venkatesh starrer ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’ may have hit the big screens with low hype, but the movie made a decent business at the box office on day 1 itself.


According to the early estimates provided by the Sacnilk website, ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’ collected Rs 25 crores on day 1. The website also reports that the movie had an overall occupancy of 86.11 percent on Tuesday, January 1 with morning shows at 70.06 percent, afternoon shows at 92.67 percent, evening shows at 92.20 percent, and night shows at 89.51 percent.


According to 123 Telugu website, Anil Ravipudi’s directorial has collected over 4.24 crores share in Nizam region and the shares in the remaining areas stand at:

East: Rs. 1.61 crore

West: Rs. 1.40 crore

Krishna: Rs. 1.70 crore

Guntur: Rs. 1.65 crore

Nellore: Rs. 0.60 crore

Vizag: Rs. 1.50 crore

Ceded: Rs. 3.02 crore

These impressive figures make the day 1 collection for the Venkatesh starrer at an impressive Rs 25.72 crore.
