On the global stage, the film garnered a share of Rs. 4.25 crore, contributing to its overall gross of Rs. 8.4 crore.
Before its release, 'MAD' had generated substantial buzz, and its pre-release business stood at Rs. 2 crores. The break-even target was set at Rs. 2.20 crores, a mark that seemed ambitious for a small-budget production. However, the movie managed to achieve this feat within just two days of its release, solidifying its status as a clean hit. As of the third day, 'MAD' has not only met but exceeded this target, collecting Rs. 2.05 crore in profits. 'MAD,' written and directed by Kalyan Shankar, boasts a talented ensemble cast featuring Narne Nithin, Sangeeth Shobhan, Ram Nithin, Sri Gouri Priya Reddy, Ananathika Sanilkumar, Gopikaa Udyan, Raghu Babu, Racha Ravi, Muralidhar Goud, Vishnu, Anthony, and Srikanth Reddy.
