The third single from RJ Balaji's upcoming film 'LKG' released

RJ Balaji is a popular Radio Jockey turned actor who has done a couple of films as a supporting actor and comedian. RJ Balaji will be seen playing the lead for the first time alongside Priya Anand playing the female lead. The story and screenplay of the film have been handled by RJ Balaji himself and the film will be directed by KR Prabhu who will be making his directorial debut with this film.
The film was scheduled to hit the screens for Pongal 2019 but due to reasons unknown, the film has been postponed and we are yet to hear an official release date for this project. As we had reported earlier, the trailer of the film was released in the Ilayaraja 75 event at YMCA.
Now the latest update is that a third single called 'Dappaava Kizhichaan' has been released by the makers and actress and singer Shruti Haasan has crooned for this song while Pa Vijay has penned the lyrics for the song while Leon James has composed music for the film.


The film will be a political satire based on Tamil Nadu politics with humour and a message, the movie has some funny takes on politics. Nanjil Sampath, a real-life politician is also playing an important role in the movie and he is seen in the trailer as well. Produced by Ishari K. Ganesh, the cinematography is done by Vidhu Ayyanna and editing is taken care of by Anthony. Sakthi Film Factory has grabbed the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of this film.
