Vishal and Arya's special birthday surprise for 'Enemy' director Anand Shankar

Director Anand Shankar turned 34, on Thursday and wishes poured in on social media from friends and fans alike. Meanwhile, Vishal, Arya and other members of the 'Enemy' film team also surprised the director with a small celebration, keeping in mind the pandemic restrictions.

The director often said that his best birthdays are the ones which he gets to be on the film sets.Taking to his social media handle, Anand also thanked his team for their sweet gesture that made this birthday one of the most memorable ones he had on the sets.
The shooting of 'Enemy' has been going on at a steady pace.
Anand Shankar started his cinema journey by working as an assistant to AR Murugadoss in the films '7 Aum Arivu' and 'Thuppakki'. The young talent then made his directorial debut with the film 'Arima Nambi' starring Vikram in 2014 and went on to establish himself by delivering back to back super hit films.
